New Player Tryouts for Travel Teams

Bay United will be hosting open tryouts for new players on ALL travel teams. If you did not play for Bay United in the fall, please register online.

Competitive Travel Teams practice for 14 weeks and travel to multiple tournaments in the Southeast, most right here in the Panhandle. Tournaments last 2 days, Saturday and Sunday. Families are responsible for their own food and lodging at the tournaments.

Travel players must register with the Club. Mid-year registration is $55.00
Training fee for Spring is $250.00
Tournament expense is divided among the players registered to the team regardless of your attendance. Tournament expense is "usually" around $300. The tournament expense includes the event fee, coach's travel (50 cents/mile), coach's lodging and meals.
Each player must purchase his or her own uniform. We will try to locate one from a retired player as this is the last season we will be using them.
So as a new player you can expect your cost to be between $400-$800 depending on the age-level of the player.
