Chrysanthos Christou a professional soccer goalkeeper, internationally trained & CFA accredited joined the staff at Tarpon FC in the Spring of 2014.  He has rapidly become one of the most popular Goal Keeper Trainers in the area.   He coached the U13 Boys Team for the 2014 - 2015 Season.  Chris combines a philosophy of hard work and discipline in his training methodology.

 Coach Chrys - as he is known in Tarpon, was born in Larnaca, Cyprus.   He began his soccer career at 12 years of age.  He had played professional soccer for 10 years for teams internationally accredited by UEFA, the Union of European Football Associations, such as:

•  Ermis Aradippou F.C

• Ethnikos Achnas F.C

• Apoel F.C.

• Omonoia Aradippou F.C.

 Additionaly Coach Chrys has also trained with Ray Clemence MBE, one of English & European soccer’s most decorated goalkeepers, as well as Nikos Sarganis, a legendary Greek retired soccer goalkeeper
