U11 Girls Fitness Test
The U11 Girls had their Baseline Fitness Test today, Saturday September 5, 2009 at 10AM at Lansbrook Park. We will perform these periodically to gauge the Girls Fitness level. After the Fitness Test we had a Pool Party hosted by Coach Allen and his wife Lynne. Thank you guys for opening your house up to us!
